During this time, we will expand and integrate The Portal teachings together.
We hold you accountable to the emotional intelligence work, somatic practices, communication and relationship skills that you experienced while being in Costa Rica.
This allows the teachings to move from your head to heart, so you can fully embody the work as a life long practice.
